Dear Henry,
Hope this letter find you in good helath and sprit. Thnk you for your kind consideration and lending me your car vaccum cleaner last week. I am writing to share a bad experience with you that i have had last week.
I just started using it to clear the dust from the front seats and floor. Unfortunately, a burning smell and smoke erupled from it only after a span of ten minutes time.
Upon closer inspection, I observed that the electric motor burnt due to some moisture in it and over heating of the dynamo. Finally, it stopped working.
I will shoulder all the expences needed to repair it. It goes without saying that the device was good in working condition., when I borrow from you. So, it is my responsibility to return it to you in a good order.
I have already given it to a local shoap to repait it. Hopefully, I would be able to return back to you as good as as new sometimes next week.
