    Dear: Ryan

I know, a huge typhoon hit in Shanghai.
I hope you have been keeping well.

I am writing this letter to practice writing Task 1.
Today, I watched your video lesson, which was very clear for me.
    But, I have a question.
When I greet to a manager on my paper, could I write ‘Dear Sir or Madam’? I usually use it.
I’m really looking for your next lecture.
I would be grateful if you could give me a reply.

Hoping to hear back from you soon,
    Matilda
